But it wasn’t until a pivotal journey through China and Tibet in the early 1980s that astrology took on a deeper dimension for me. Inspired by the ideas of Fritjof Capra, I saw how quantum science, Buddhist thought, and esoteric traditions all pointed to the same truth: consciousness is the foundation of reality. This insight shifted everything. I realized astrology wasn’t just a tool for personality analysis—it could be a pathway to profound spiritual growth.

Over the years, I continued to explore this intersection of astrology, science, and consciousness. I raised a family, and while I worked as an English professional I also earned a degree as astrological consultant. I’ve also spent decades immersed in non-dualism, Buddhism, and personal transformation—an ongoing journey that’s continually refined the way I work with astrology.

In 2006, I began studying Structural Astrology with George Bode, a breakthrough that profoundly deepened my practice. This method introduces the “Black Luminaries,” which map the invisible patterns of energy and consciousness in a horoscope—offering insight that traditional astrology alone cannot reach.

Through this work, I’ve developed what I now call Unlimited Astrology: a powerful, two-level approach that helps you understand your ingrained beliefs and behaviors, while also focusing your awareness on new, expansive ways of being. This is not astrology for prediction—it’s astrology for transformation. 

My clients often arrive with a longing for clarity and leave with a renewed sense of possibility, grounded insight, and the tools to move forward with confidence. This work is deeply personal to me because I’ve lived its power: I now wake up every day with joy, and fall asleep with a quiet sense of purpose and peace.

Education & Deepening

In 2000, I completed a five-year higher vocational training program in Professional Astrology (HBO level) at Stichting Ascella. That was the formal beginning of my journey as a professional astrologer—but I’ve continued to study, explore, and deepen my understanding ever since:

• Structural Astrology: From 2006 to 2011, I completed the master’s program in Structural Astrology with George Bode, and organized intervision and supervision groups.
• Family Constellations: Trained in systemic constellation work with TCT Opstellingen, including advanced days and supervision.
• The Clarity Process & (De)Hypnotherapy: A six-year journey that provided a strong foundation in consciousness development.
• Magnified Healing® (Master Phases 1, 2 & 3): Completed all levels in this energetic healing system.
• Cultural Astronomy and Astrology (MA): I’m currently pursuing this master’s degree at the University of Wales, further enriching my understanding of astrology’s cultural and spiritual roots.

Additionally, I have a background in education (both bachelor and master degree teaching certifications in English) and in coaching and transformation work—elements that add depth and structure to my astrological practice.

Practice & Work Experience

In 2001, I founded my private practice, Clarity Astrology, a space for astrology, transformation, and meditation. However, in 2010 I decided to focus exclusively on astrology, and renamed my practice Astrology of the Invisible Luminaries. Here I work with people seeking depth, using astrology as a compass and consciousness as our direction.

Alongside my practice, I bring a wide range of experience in education and organizational work:

• Astrology teacher at Caelestis School for Astrology (2015–2025)
• English teacher a wide range of trainings and classes at businesses in from 1990 – 2000, and at high schools/college prep classes since 2000
• Active member of the Black Lights Astrology Association (VZLA) – former board member and current advisory board member
• Facilitator and organizer of supervision and peer-learning groups, workshops and lectures
• Writer of books, articles and research
